Darcy Bergen

The son of missionaries, Darcy Bergen, was born and raised in Canada. Bergen spent his childhood in Malaysia and New Zealand before moving back to Canada to attend high school and college. In high school, he was the team captain and a good wrestler who won three provincial titles.

Darcy Bergen's Career: A Brief History

Bergen started working in the insurance business in his early twenties. In 2000, he moved to Phoenix, and in 2003, he started working as a financial planner. Between 2013 and 2018, Bergen was six times in the top 20 of Midland National's life annuity sales. In 2015, Bergen became a fiduciary (exam 65). He is licensed as a retirement financial advisor.

Bergen started Clear Solutions for Seniors, LLC, in 2003 and Bergen Financial, LLC, in 2004. Today, he uses his more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry to teach eight advisers and six other staff members. In addition to its headquarters in Peoria, Arizona, Bergen Financial has offices in Tucson, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Spokane, Washington.

Bergen's Generosity

Bergen's parents were missionaries in Kenya in 2008. They were building orphanages, digging wells, and doing other good works. Unfortunately, seven locals beat up the Bergens very badly. Thank goodness both of them made it. In 2014, Darcy Bergen started Bergens Mission as a way to turn a terrifying experience into something good. The nonprofit group helps orphans all over the country and works to improve the whole area. Bergen thinks that the foundation will help Kenyan kids get an education and get what they need so that they don't choose a path that leads to violence.
